When a dam proposal threatens the communities and wilderness of the Bolivian Amazon, Ruth Alipaz Cuqui must take a step into the unknown and become a spokesperson for the people of the river. As she fights powers much bigger than her, she must come to terms with how much she is willing to risk in order to ensure that her river will continue to flow.
